These Terms & Conditions apply to certain services and programs offered by Images Auto Spa, including the Images Auto Spa SMS Program and Images Unlimited Wash Club.

Images Auto Spa SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Images Auto Spa offers optional SMS communications to customers who provide a mobile phone number and separately choose to receive text messages from Images Auto Spa.

Depending on the customer's selected preferences, messages may include:

• Vehicle service updates

• Notifications when a vehicle is ready for pickup

• Appointment or service reminders

• Customer service communications

• Promotional offers, discounts, and Images Auto Spa updates

Service-related SMS communications and promotional SMS communications have separate opt-in choices.

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Images Auto Spa.

SMS Consent

Customers may choose whether to receive SMS communications from Images Auto Spa.

SMS consent is voluntary and is collected separately from acceptance of other Images Auto Spa terms, service authorizations, purchases, or memberships.

SMS consent options are not selected by default. Customers must affirmatively select the type of SMS communications they wish to receive.

Customers who do not consent to SMS communications may still purchase products and services and use Images Auto Spa services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on customer activity, services requested, and communication preferences.

Promotional messages may be sent periodically to customers who have separately opted in to receive promotional SMS communications.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from the applicable Images Auto Spa SMS program unless you opt in again.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have permission from the account holder to receive messages at that number.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Images Auto Spa.

Changes to SMS Terms

Images Auto Spa may update these SMS Program Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Images Unlimited Wash Club Membership Terms & Conditions

The Images Unlimited Wash Club is an automatic annual car wash membership with monthly installments that provides the enrolled vehicle with unlimited car washing subject to the following terms and conditions.

Automatic Monthly Billing

By enrolling in an Images Unlimited Wash Club membership, you authorize Images Auto Spa to automatically charge the credit or debit card provided at enrollment each month until the membership is cancelled or terminated in accordance with these terms.

​

Unlimited Washes

Unlimited is defined as a maximum of one eligible car wash per day for the vehicle enrolled in the membership.

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled vehicle and may not be shared or transferred to another vehicle or person except as expressly authorized by Images Auto Spa.

Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel their membership must provide written notice at the Images Auto Spa location or by email to ImagesAutoSpa@gmail.com indicating their request to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 10 days before the next billing date to prevent the next scheduled monthly charge.

Paid membership fees are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused membership periods or unused washes.

Membership Identification

An Images Auto Spa RFID membership sticker must be installed on the enrolled vehicle's front windshield by an Images Auto Spa team member.

If an RFID sticker is removed, damaged, tampered with, or otherwise requires replacement, a $5 replacement fee may apply.

Payment and Declined Transactions

A declined credit or debit card does not constitute cancellation of the membership.

Images Auto Spa may continue attempting to collect amounts due under the membership. In some circumstances, more than one charge may occur within the same month when Images Auto Spa is collecting a previously declined or unpaid membership installment in addition to the current installment.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.

Commercial Vehicles and Accounts

Images Unlimited Wash Club memberships are intended for personal, noncommercial vehicle use unless otherwise expressly approved by Images Auto Spa.

Vehicles used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to Uber, Lyft, vehicle rental services, or other commercial transportation or rental activities, are not eligible for the Images Unlimited Wash Club.

Other Offers and Discounts

Membership benefits may not be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, coupons, or gift cards unless expressly permitted by Images Auto Spa.

​

Temporary Closures and Service Availability

Images Auto Spa reserves the right to temporarily close or modify operating hours due to weather conditions, holidays, equipment maintenance or repairs, store improvements, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.

Temporary closures or changes in operating hours do not automatically entitle members to refunds or credits.

Program Changes or Termination

Images Auto Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Images Unlimited Wash Club program or an individual membership as permitted by applicable law.

Images Auto Spa may update these Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
